Stayed in main building. Very clean high standard room. Breakfast was wonderful - all the trimmings. State of the art pool/gym etc. 2 restaurants, Gordon Ramsay restaurant if you fancy €175 per head! Service lacking. Phone for reservations, room service Spa often ignored and not answered. Rooms other than main bldg. are like a student dorm rooms. Stay only in main Bldg. if you must, but be prepared for frustrating calls for any Services you may need or want. more

We got a great internet deal on this hotel so we weren't completely surprised that we were put in the "new" wing which is not the best part of the hotel. This is a beautiful hotel on the grounds of the Palace Versailles with classic details and styling throughout the property.
