Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of September, specifically for it's proximity to the Cite and the fact that we liked the sound of the pool & the jacuzzi. It did have superb views of the Cite, but only if you were willing to pay extra for a room that faced that way. The pool was about twice... more

Adequate, clean but total rip off price. Nice view of artificial disneylike city. Poor breakfast. Restaurant totally lacking in atmosphere. Did not risk dining there. more

I spent two nights in this hotel. The rooms are spacey, the Deluxe ones with magnificent view onto La Cité. Restaurant is in the 4th floor with also superb view. Breakfast was not special, but OK. Restaurant has delicious food, but it's very small, so please be sure to book a table in advance. Spacious parking lot and also in... more

We stayed in a triple room. The room was a good size and very clean and tidy. Great location, just on the bridge close to the medieval city - you can catch the "little train" up to the city from right outside the hotel. Great choice for breakfast. There is a small swimming pool on the 4th floor. Dining at... more

The hotel is in an excellent situation, on the river by the old bridge with amazing views of the old city and the staff were helpful but that is as far as it went. It was a dismal experience and to our horror we found bed bugs in the bed in the morning. more

This hotel has clearly raised its game: everything was very clean and tidy, our room was comfortable and scrupulously clean, and the reception staff were pleasant and efficient. The location is ideal and the admittedly small pool must have the best outlook in the region; the views from the restaurant were outstanding, The restaurant staff were invariably pleasant and accommodating,... more

This was not the nicest place to stay! We nearly walked straight out whilst trying to check-in as the member of staff was trying to explain that we couldnt have a room with a double bed. Our booking confirmation stated 'double room'......apparently that doesnt necessarily mean 'double bed'. She asked us to push the beds together. If anyone has every... more

I was hesitant to say the least after booking this hotel and then reading some of the damning reviews here on Trip Advisor. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. The room was well equipped with clothes hanging space, mini bar, flat screen TV and a delightful ensuite. It was roomy. The bed was a little harder than at home... more

This was a miserable, shabby place. The room we were shown to was a poky, dark room with another building right outside our window. It felt a little damp, but was clean. The bed was awful, it slumped in the middle, so we spent the whole night trying not to roll into each other. The TV was in every language... more

We have just returned from a two night stay in this hotel and I would agree with all the previous negative reviews. This is definitely not a typical 3 star hotel. The public areas and especially the staircases are tatty and not particularly clean. The room was very basic with a tiny separate toilet and a hand held shower in... more
