Excellent accomodation, only surpassed by the service, thoroughly recommended. Standard of cleanliness was very good and despite the less than ideal surroundings the hotel remained quiet throughout the night.

Our over night stay at Carcassonne was very satisfactory. The evening meal in the restaurant was very good as was as the breakfast,the service was also good especially as it was all done by one girl who was covering reception and the restaurant. We would stay there again.

Although the location is at first a little off-putting (being on a trading estate with few paved footpaths if you wish to walk to see the old city) this hotel is a good base from which to tour this area.

The hotel is not really situated in the most beautiful part of town, but it can be found easily and there are banks, super markets and other stores closeby. First of all, this hotel is out on a industrial estate, and it is really not practical to walk to the ´Cite´ from here. I tried it once, and took my life in my own hands on an unlit, unpathed road. You can get a taxi for a reasonable price, and rarely for France, you can order one until late....
