We stayed here as part of a month long bike trip across Europe. Castelnaudary is a pretty little town on the Canal du Midi and this hotel was a pleasure to stay in. Nice Hotel a short walk from the centre of Castelnaudary home of the cassoulet and a major port on the canal du midi(a link between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean avoiding a trip around Spain).
