We stayed one night at the Demeure, arriving quite late. Bernard, our host met us and quicky escorted us to the large, remodeled room for 3 we had reserved. The Demeure is a beautiful inn. We stayed at the Saint Louis for two nights at the end of July 2008. We had booked a chambre-d'hote in the Old City, but it was so grim (L'Echapee-Belle - don't go there!!!) that we left after the first night, and then luckily found the Demeure Saint-Louis.
