Our room was cluttered and dusty with no space to put our own belongings. There was no wardrobe at all just a couple of hangers on the wall. No drawers to put things in either. Bed covers were clean. Given only one pillow each and they were flat of no substance so asked for 2 more but made little differences.... more

Very clean and quaint, accomodation was basic but had lovely touches. We stayed in a Sri Lankan themed room which was clean and colourful. The owner was very friendly and helpful and served a fantastic breakfast. The hotel was located about 10 min walk from the old city in a quiet residential area. I cannot recommend this truly lovely house enough as a base for discovering the delights of Carcassonne. I stayed here with my boyfriend for only one night but loved it. The rooms are all decorated meticulously after a theme. We stayed in the Indian room, but you can also stay in a Moroccan or an Italian room, all except one have ensuite bathrooms.
