As has been pointed out, this is an apartment hotel so if you need space or have a family it is a necessary and ideal choice. My wife and I stayed in a 2 room apartment with air-con, kitchen and balcony and paid about 100 Euros, we were very comfortable but there are some caveats. For instance the apartments are... more

This is an apartment hotel. They do serve breakfast but it is not normally included in the room. We are a family of five so we had an apartment with one bedroom, one sofa bed in the main room and an extra bed. There is a small kitchen as well. It was kind of tricky to get to the hotel... more

We were taken aback to find no bed in the room but, once we had worked out how to open the sofabed, the bed was very comfortable. Good self-catering facilities, which would be particularly useful for a long stay. Very quiet (we were in a back room). Tram stop immediately outside - takes you direct to the station. Recommended. more

Stayed here for 3 nights in Jan 08. Had a 2 room suite (room 210 I think) which had a bedroom and a seperate living room. I wasnt expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Its more like an apart-hotel. I think all rooms have a small Kitchen area (in the hall). My room also had a... more

We stayed at the Citadines Antigone from 25-31 August, with the room booked through the conference accomodation service at the Corum in Montpellier. The 1 bedroom apartment was pretty good, though a little noisy when the balcony door was open because it was at the front of the property on a main road. The kitchen was very well equipped, a... more

After a long travel, all I wanted to do was sleep. They had NO real beds - only sofa beds. It was quite uncomfortable. The front desk was unhelpful and she acted as if asking for a room with a bed was unreasonable. I paid $110 - however, the rate posted on the board showed it to be 40 Euros.... more

This was a pretty nice place, the elevator was rather small though but the free internet and WiFi more than made up for it. The dining area was small and food lacking but the rooms were rather unique in a pleasant, modular sort of way. There was a separate living area between the bedroom and bathroom which provided some much... more

Citadines Antigone is on the edge of the pedestrianised area of Montpellier and only a 5 minute walk to the centre of the town. There is a tram stop right outside which takes you to all the main tourist sites in Montpellier and the railway station. The shopping centre, Polygone, is a couple of minutes walk away and there are... more

We were a group of three and had found our booked accommodation to be entirely unsuitable. Even direct booking at rack rates was a bargain, given that we had a 2 bedroom apartment, that, I think, was recently refurbished. The 2 balconies looked over a garden, which was not exotic, but lovingly tended. The apartments are close to all central... more

we stayed 3 nights in May, and had a lovely one bedroom with a balcony. The kitchenette is quite useful, has even a dishwasher! Employees were very nice, location great, in a po-mo area done by the great architect Ricardo Bofill.. Clean, quiet, excellent. And a good deal (about 80 dollars a night). more
