This hotel was just plain ok. Not amazing, not terrible. Adequate is the right word. Nice staff, cute cat, great free internet connection, mediocre breakfast. In sum, we probably wouldn't stay here again. more

Just off one of the most delightful squares in Montpellier, the Place de la Canourgue, this small, authentic, family run hotel is a good choice. The rooms are basic, but still comfortable. The French owner is very helpful and accommodating. She made me feel special and was concerned that my room was to my liking. I was the only non-... more

Stayed here for two nights on the first leg of a french holiday. It is difficut to find in a car due to the lacking (as per usual) road signs and one way systems. However they have a deal with the local underground car park (7 euros a day) when you dash in to get details while leaving your car... more

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights and were very pleased with it. It's in a great location in the marvellous old quarter of Montpellier. The hotel is a converted townhouse and very easy on the eye. Our room was tastefully decorated and clean. The bathroom was spotless and modern. Slight criticism - bed cover a... more

My wife and I had 2 nights here and all went well .... hotel is a 12-15 minute walk from Place de Comedie and has watering holes and restaurants located within feet of the front door so there is no way you can go thirsty or hungry. In fact the city is so full of places to eat you wonder... more

The hotel is nice, well located, friendly and everything else the other reviews say. However, when we came back to the room one night, we found 1 credit card and some cash had been taken from one of our bags in the locked room. Laptop/phone etc were all left there, just 1 c/c and a some cash. I complained to... more

This hotel is wonderful, we spent 4 nights there this April and had a lovely time. It is family run and has a lovely feeling about it. Don't go expecting 5* luxury, it isn't. But for 75 euros a night for a double room with ensuite bathroom it is the best value ever. The rooms are fairly spacious with decent... more

Having picked up a leaflet at the tourist office, we read TripAdvisor reviews then visited in person to book. Staff very helpful, room small but clean with fresh flowers. Breakfast was superb, best continental breakfast we had in a two week tour. more

Stayed 3 nights in the beginning of July 2006.This small hotel lies in a charming place in the middle of old Montpellier. The location couldn't be better; quiet, central and even with green surroundings. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed, and the staff very helpful. Parking is just two minutes away. You pay 7 Euros for 24 hours if... more
