The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful and clearly resented being called out at 2.00 in the morning when our hotel room key failed to open our door! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! after having the most amazing 2 weeks holiday in narbonne we decided to stay one night in montpellier prior to going back to scotland and unfortunately booked the Abasun! on arrival to the hotel the receptionist (who was too busy on his mobile to check us in) finally gave us the 3 room keys... more
