Booked this hotel from PLANIGO, looking at it on their site one would think, as we did, what a nice hotel, wrong, on arriving we was shown to our room via a ripped carpet stair way, on the landing was a broken old wardrobe, on entering the room we found a rusty light fitting, mold round the air vent, and walls, spiders webs every where along with dirt and dust, the carpet was so dirty it smelt, their was chip out of the head board, and holes in it, excrement on the wall, rawl plugs every where in the wall, the phone was taped up, in the hotel lived single parent familes, on looking out of the window we saw a small roof full of rubbish along with an old used toilet brush, we did have a little kitchenette in our room but no pots or pans what use is that, we was told their is a restaurant, but that was closed,and run down, and the terrace was a bomb site, i could go on for ever, please look at the photos and make your own mind up, On complaining to PLANIGO, we where offered a max of 8... more
