Filmsy foam mattress on bed, filthy carpet, paper thin walls in a tiny room. Really disappointed. I'd booked for two nights and was asked to pay up front, I'd arrived circa 10pm. I didn't spend the second night and wasn't given any rebate on the first night despite my complaint about the room's condition. more

Stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights. It's a comfortable, simple hotel, spotlessly clean. A few minutes level walking to the railway station, buses, airport shuttle bus and town centre. The breakfast is basic but adequate. The staff were very pleasant. Most spoke at least some english. The only negative to this place is the paper thin walls.... more

The hotel Cesar was very easy to find as it was close to Nimes train station. We arrived at 1pm and our room was ready. The beds were comfortable, room nicely furnished and en-suite clean. The owners were extremely helpful and spoke good english. Breakfast was basic but for 6 euros worth it for the endless supply of good coffee... more
