We recently stayed at the Park Hotel for 3 nights during a trip in the south of France. We found the room to be more than adequate and the bathroom very good - modern, large. The breakfast buffet was ok and the front desk was responsive when asked something. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk into the town area on main streets with sidewalks - no problem there.
There is an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel (Chapon Fin) with great staff, service and food; we ate there twice during our stay.
there was really nothing wrong with the hotel, but really nothing to set it apart. It's a decent choice if you are staying in Perpignon with good highway access and good proximity to sight-seeing venues; we visited Collioure, Narbonne, Fontfroide, villefrance de Confluent and all were within an hour of the town and hotel more
