We stayed here overnight. Very convenient - The navette (shuttle bus) to the airport stopped just opposite.However, also being close to the station, (about 150 metres) the area is bit, well, seedy! 3 of us stayed here while in town to watch the rugby. Having travelled by train from Gerona it was perfect, a few strides out of the front of the station on the right hand side of the facing street. I stayed here for five nights, with my Friend, the hotel is small but nice, the rooms clean ours was room 203 and the staff helpful. its about 150 yards from the railway station, and a 15 minute walk to th main centre of Perpignan.
