Booked thought their website, everything was ready for us (family w/ 9Y kid), very friendly English speaking receptionist gave us map and some tips what to see there and where to eat. Business hotel in the centre of Metz, right in the middle of the pedestrian shopping area. Nice hotel but not with very much atmosphere. Stayed five nights in a superior room that was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good, an extra plus for the possibility to have breakfast served in the room. I stayed in this hotel for 1 night. Reception: Friendly and efficient. Room: I stayed in one of the older rooms. Friends stayed in a newly renovated room and theirs was much nicer. Very central, large underground car park, part of a shopping mall. Be careful when you book, they have renovated and non-renovated rooms, renovated are really great but the others, although big, are not very nice, decoration and furniture worn out! Excellent breakfast, professional staff, air conditioning works well. more
