Nice business hotel but some improvements needed: 1 - Room service is available only from 12pm to 2:30pm and from 7:30pm to 10:30pm, 2 - Air conditionning was barely efficient and public areas were extremely hot. Hotel was an overnight stop from Switzerland to the Channel. Finding it was not easy, but the satnav didn't foresee the roadworks affecting the immediate area. The best hotel we've stayed at in Metz after at least 10 overnight stays. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Reasonably well-equipped. Very nice, polite, and courteous staff and service, despite our pathetic command of the French language. Nonetheless, there were remarkable negatives.
