I stayed here with my family for one night on my way to Spain. The hotel looks as if it is part-way through refurbishment. The reception staff were very polite and parking easy (either a few places in the car park or on the road). The hotel is located approximately 150mtrs from the train station. The room was very tired... more

We stayed here for one night. Hotel is close to the station, and about 10-15 mins walk into the town. Near to the Pont Valentre which had a lumiere show in the evening when we were there. Pleasant room, bathroom was inside the bedroom with saloon bar type doors and open. Separate toilet. Air conditioning wasn't brilliant but we managed.... more

We chose the Hotel Terminus precisely BECAUSE it is so near the station, as we always travel by train (good for the environment, good for us). Unlike many hotels close to railway stations the Terminus is both elegant and refined, and although the restaurant is rather pricey the food is wonderful ! The room was spacious, comfortable and perfectly clean,... more

I liked the hotel but the only thing special about it was the size of the rooms - big. The hotel was clean and safe, and the staff helpful, but the location is good only if you are leaving or arriving by train. Otherwise it is an unattractive neighborhood and the hotel has only a few parking places. There was... more

We tried to have lunch at the restaurant at this hotel. It was the height of summer and my husband and I were respectably dressed. We look pretty normal, as far as I know, indeed, we look like what we are - two academics. We were refused service because he was wearing shorts. The shorts in question were longish chinos,... more

This is a very elegant hotel that is, unfortunately, across the street from the train station. It is quite a ways from central downtown but can be walked if you are in semi-good shape. Our room was spacious by European standards and nicely decorated. It was quiet, but there is little parking if you have a car. Maybe 3 spaces... more

This is a beautiful hotel in a charming town. The rooms are very big by European standards with excellent air conditioning and the bathrooms are fantastic. Ours had a deep clawfoot bath that was perfect for soaking away the day's walking! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be taken on the terrace and the variety of breakfast... more

This is a great hotel! We've stayed there several times, alone and with friends. We try to make it there at least once during the summer. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not pretentious at all. The Restaurant Ballandre is excellent! The service is wonderful without being snobby and the sommelier is one of the best we've ever met. This... more

We booked the Terminus by chance when arranging accommodation at short notice. The rooms used were all well turned out, although the placing of toilets directly next to (admittedly frosted) windows in two of the 3 was a bit perturbing, but uniquely French. The la Balandre restaurant is excellent with one of the best wine lists we have ever encountered... more

We stayed in the hotel with a group of about 15 people. Accommodations were lovely, comfortable, clean and fresh. The staff was extremely hospitable. The Restaurant Le Balandre was excellent and the wine list was exceptional. I am planning another visit this year. more
