The staff in this hotel were excellent, most helpful. Rooms left alot to be desired being very much on the small side. Bathroom was tiny in the extreme. Just after returning to ireland following a wonderful 5 days in the hotel. The staff were exceptional, from the hotel owners, reception staff, catering staff to the household staff. I have stayed once again in the Hotel Agena in Lourdes, and once again the hotel has surpassed my expectations. The staff are exceptional in their manners and make each and every traveller feel that they are the most important person and the nothing is too much trouble.
