Friendly staff, clean rooms, but if I went again I'd avoid the food, although the soups were good. Breakfast was fine, it was more the lunches and dinners that weren't great. Lourdes is small and crowded, with many hotels. The Beau Site is close to the attractions, with adjacent parking, and excellent service. Any problem is very quickly attended to, and the rooms are a good size and clean. Make your reservations early.
