The only plus is the staff who where helpful. As for the rest, this place was filthy and noisey. My room looked if it had not had a good clean for a very long time. Dirt was caked onto the pipes around the heater, the carpet was ground down to nothing with what looked like years of ground in grime.... more

I had a great time at the Saint etienne, Food was excellent, right beside the sanctuaris andthe staff and owner were very helpfull and very friendly. Clean and very cheap !! more

This was my 2nd visit to Lourdes. I wish I had stayed at the hotel I stayed at back in 2004. My Mom and I were given a room that had very poor lighting. Smelled like someone had died in it. And had mold all over the bathroom floor. I cannot recommend this hotel. more

Wasn't too bad but half the rooms didn't have plugs. If you were lucky enough to have a plug you didn't have a shower!! more
