One of the best hotel i ever had. Best customer service, house keeping, friendly staff, a very nice bar and restaurant. I would suggest if you could provide variety of breakfast instead of just continental.

I loved everything about this hotel-- great service, great food, great location, except one thing that went wrong. I packed in a bottle of truffle oil in my luggage and I'm a hundred percent sure someone went through my luggage and took it. Quite sad really. That's all

Comfortable, large room on 5th floor with superb large balcony above river and looking across to castle. Very central. Roomn was small. Hallway was smelly-foul odor. Nice view of hills and partial view of river. Difficult to find parking. Desk staff gave poor and disinterested "service". After 2 attempts to pay with my credit card--finally went through. After arriving home, I received an email to resubmit credit card payment. Location of hotel was good.
