We stayed at Le Troubadour in November, it is just a 5 minutes drive from the medieval city of Rocamadour, and you can easily park your car, this not being so easy in the centre of the city. Cosy room, and I would like to remark the delicious croissants served for breakfast.

I stayed there with a friend on a cycling trip in late October. It's a comfortable and friendly family run place with a decent restaurant, located about 1.5km out of town. We found the food to be very good, with a particularly good breakfast. I'd definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Le Troubadour is indeed a special place and experience. My wife, son who lives in France and knew about the place, and I spent three nights there in a give named Basilou. It was quiet and beautiful. It was delightful, in a beautiful peaceful spot, near Rocamadour. Lovely old restored building, with an excellent room. Swimming pool and gardens. They had local artisan beer which was very good. We dined in the restaurant and had an outstanding meal. Our two small dogs were welcome in all parts of the hotel. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place even more impressive than Rocamadour! Farm in the past now it's cosy and very nice guest house with several buildings and a swimming pool. The owners are very friendly and attentive. Dinner and choice of wines are amazing. Make sure you made a reservation for the dinner.
