It was raining when we stayed here, so didn't get to explore the property much. We stayed in an addition that was newer and the rooms we spacious & clean. We wern't too impressed with Rocamadour (there are too many other nice villages to visit in this area). Breakfast was excellent.. No compalints. more

We've stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights. Rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Public breakfast room is also beautiful. Everything is very laid back and with small children you have the feeling that you disturb the owners and the other guests a little. No restaurants near this hotel, you have to take the car. Walk to Rocamadour is... more

Warmth and charm greeted us the moment we entered the hotel housed in the renovated stables of this country estate. French owner Mme Christine Jooris was playing the grand piano, a welcoming fire burned in the fireplace, and bouquets of flowers adorned the several small breakfast tables. Christine and her husband Eric are English-speaking, friendly, and eager to please guests... more

The place is very charming, genuine and nature. A very successful balance between modern and antiquity, this house is authentic. Your hostess takes care about your needs and comfort. Her husband and herself own the place and look after it in a most passionate way. Children felt at once at home. We will come back surely as a couple or... more

This lovely little inn sits on a farm about 5-10 minutes from Rocamadour by car. The location and the buildings themselves were lovely. There is no restaurant but it was very easy to get to town to eat. We had dinner at the Belvedere where we enjoyed a good meal with delightful views of Rocamadour lit up at night. The... more

The setting is lovely, the rooms are lovely, the hotel (a former barn) is lovely...After driving through the pouring rain from Cordes sur Ciel, we were happy to collapse in our spacious room. Christine , the owner, directed us to a bistro in Rocamadour where we had a light supper and, when the clouds parted, looked over at the medieval... more

I am a tour operator and every fall I bring small groups of Americans to this wonderful bed and breakfast. Every year my customers rave over this idyllic country inn and the wonderful couple who run it, Christine and Eric Jooris. We always receive an incredibly warm welcome with a welcome cocktail, and we are shown to our beautifully decorated... more

This lovely, peaceful hotel in the countryside near Rocamadour is perfect for a relaxing visit. You'll feel welcome and very much at home. Go for a long evening walk down the picturesque lane and look at the horses and sheep, or sit by the pool with a glass of wine. The night sky was beautiful and we could see a... more

I have stayed at Domaine de La Rhue twice when I was a child and was not dissapointed to return 10 years later. The hotel was still and beautiful and charming as I had remembered and the hotel quiet and peaceful. The pool was lovely in the hot weather if a little chilly. I would disagree with the the comments... more

We stayed 1 night and we were disappointed after having read all the good comments that made us chose this hotel. First of all, the owners were very cold and almost unpleasant. We didn't feel welcome at all. The room was nice and confortable but it was very close to the back door where all guests get in at night... more
