Not in a strict city center but within a walking distance, a pleasant large hotel at a fair price. Service very helpful, even though not speaking fluent English, trying their best to make your stay comfortable. Subway station next to the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights during a conference right behind the hotel. Very convenient for that, and transport connections - including bus stop for airport right outside. Short walk to the center through a university district revealed many kebab shops but very few good restaurants. But the restaurant in the hotel was very good. Otherwise - unremarkable

This hotel is located on a busy boulavard among other high rise office buildings and is so discreet as to be easy to drive past. Good location for siteseeing.
