Grumpy staff who are no help. Very noisy but struggled to find another hotel in Lille that would sleep 4. Over priced for what it is. Lots of noise late into the night. Seemed like a nice idea an apart hotel but won't bother with this brand again

Info at time of reservation did not mention that a stay over 4 days means no one enters your room for service. Since I do not travel to make my own bed, use wet towels, buy my own toilet paper, I paid an extra 15€ per night for those services. Hotel quite a walk from town center, though nearby street... More

The Adagio Lille Vauban seems to have joined Accorhotels just recently. In all the branding it is referred to as "Citea". They should work hard to reach the level customers are used to and expect from an Adagio residence.
