This was a very special place. It was charming, beautiful, and comfortable, inside and out. We stayed in Elegance, a large room with windows looking out to the inviting garden in the back yard. Clos de Bellefontaine is a beautiful family home with the benefit of a separate wing for the B&B guests. Carole is charming, helpful and friendly and manages to juggle running a family of four children with keeping her beautiful house and B&B in great condition. We loved our stay. We spent 3 nights in Bayeux over Thanksgiving 2008 to tour the Normandy WW2 sights and to see the Bayeux Tapestry.
