Like the sisterhotel "Normandy" this hotel is a showcase of how you should run a hotel! As a guest you feel pampered all the way from entering to leaving this hotel. “Grand Hotel”

Stayed at the hotel from 28th to 31st March 2013, ocean facing room on the seventh floor, super stay, the lobby is Grand! the corridors are covered with photos of most Hollywood stars who have stayed at this hotel, the breakfast room and the restaurant are superb. Mr GLaurent ROUSSIN General Manager/Director is exceptionally a great Host.

I would have to agree with some other reviewers that this is not quite 5 star. The public areas are lovely and most definitely are 5 star but our room was not really there and some of the service was not quite there either.
