I loved the hotel and it`s location was absolutely perfect. Rouen is such a beautiful place. I could stay there in the square forever and watch the kiddies play and poeple stroll... Very French. The hotel staff did not speak English well and were not overly friendly but I don`t require that. I like to be left to myself.
