Good location on the river - easy to find and you don't have to negotiate the one way systems / pedestrianised bit in the city itself. Easy 10 minute walk from the hotel to the centre. Family Room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent more

firstly, there are 2 Mercures in Rouen. We found the other one in the center, probable due to bad posting on the road. This one is actually somewhat cheaper and cleaner.
