We found this Hotel very old & Sub-standard. Everything was TIRED. Shelves half falling off walls, the shower was something our Grandmother's would've used---a plastic hand held attachment. The free wifi internet didn't work---neither did another system with a card & password. so we were unable to access our important emails. The free packed lunch wasn't available. Staff were friendly... more

This hotel has three plus points; the location is great for exploring stunning Rouen. The hotel has a 24 hour reception and the staff we met were friendly. Unfortunately, in our opinion, it ends there. The hotel is quite tired. Our room, although fairly spacious was poorly furnished with a drab decor. The bathroom was very poor with a shower... more

Booked in for 3 nights without seeing the place first, but left after one.Tiny room on top (sixth) floor, no window but glass sliding door onto communal balcony, only way to stop suffocating on hot summer night was to leave this door open and the balcony ran halfway round the building and had 5 or 6 doors from other rooms... more
