The view of Rouen Cathedral from the room was stunning...the room itself was very basic and shabby. The hotel receptionist in charge was positively hostile until challenged....but there were younger more polite and helpful members of staff. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as a first choice as I am sure there are far better ones for about the price. more

Shocking - there were bed bugs in the bed and dried blood on the sheets. Unfortunately we didn't turn down the bed until we actually got into bed at the end of a very long night so did not discover our bed "friends" until the next morning. There was dried blood and bed bugs on the sheets and the general cleanliness of the hotel was foul. Avoid this place like the plague. The hotel still won't answer my complaints two months after staying there. Really, it's horrible. more
