Stayed in France for nearly 2 weeks and this was the best hotel room that we had. “Surly Reception.”

Having been lost, partly due to a bad sign for the hotel, for well over an hour we had the worst reception I can remember. We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in the hotel for a night visiting Rouen and surrounding area. The hotel is conveniently located near the river, 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. One may find pretty good deals for this hotel; for example, we (two friends) stayed for 3 nights, including breakfast, for 250 euros. We had a Perfect family room for four people - two adults and two children. there was safe underground parking -ten euros per night. we would highly recommended the hotel for an overnight stay. We arrived very late and left very early so u able to comment on breakfast.

The stuff is helpless and extremely unfriendly. They will not work hard to solve your issues or understand any concerns. They are not aware if your room is ready upon your arrival and you will be asked to wait a couple of hour while they will figure this out.
