The hotel is centrally located; ideal for sightseeing around Nantes. The staff spoke English and were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and very clean (the issues with the showers remained - either no shower curtain or no fixed shower, but manageable). Booked twin room, good size on the 4th floor with french windows and a balcony so had a good view.
