We had such a nice welcome at La Grande Maison d'Arthenay from Micaela and Sue, relaxing in the late evening sunshine with a glass of wine. This is now our favourite stopover place in the western Loire and we were disappointed not to be able to stay longer. Breakfast was delicious.

We stayed for two nights in August and wouldn't be able to think of anything to fault. La Grande Maison was absolutely perfect for relaxation, delicious breakfasts and such a warm welcome. In short, without question, book a break here!
