This hotel is in a beautiful location right on the Loire river and I would hightly reccomend paying the extra 10 or so euros to get a room that overlooks the river and chateau. Turned up without a reservation and were given average rooms, in need of redecoration, with terrible(ish) bathrooms. Reception not very friendly. Lovely view of the river & castle. Only one (very small) elevator - sometimes you're waiting quite a while to find it's full. No restaurant (when we were there) except for breakfast (which we did not have). Were sold... more
