We have visited The Hotel Heritage on several occasions & have always had a very good meal. The owners & staff are always very attentive, in the summer it is great to sit in the courtyard. The menu has plenty of choice for all tastes.

This place was perfect: clean, calm and close to the main attractions in Cognac. The staff was great, the wifi worked, the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are fairly basic, but clean, colourful and the bathroom is adequate. Don't bother with the breakfast - poor quality and poor value. It was actually 2009 when we stayed in august. After using the Ibis for the previous 2 years we wanted a change & where so glad we did. The staff where really friendly and the rooms lovely, we had a choice of 2. We are hoping to return again this year.
