Booked a double room, arrivied, paid, went to room - then left the hotel and found an alternative! The whole place stank of smoke. Bedroom was on the top floor (loft). Carpets were dirty. Bed linen sheet had a hole. Wobbly hand basin in bathroom. Place looked and felt very tired and grubby.

A warm, friendly, clean and really wonderful hotel. Rooms are spacious, the breakfasts are well prepared and fresh, andl the two young people who run the hotel really do try their best to make everyone welcome. I stay in this hotel every time I go to Poitiers -- I'd recommend it to everyone!
