Good location, a solid 10 minutes to the centre. Good value in a 2-star hotel. Clean, rooms were ready when we arrived (about 18:00), pretty quiet at night. Internet access went down one of the nights we were there. Friendly service, good coffee and croissants for breakfast. Might not pay 6 Euros for the breakfast next time, there's a bakery... more

Spent lovely 6 nights while exploring Camargue. Lovely little family run hotel in a quite part of Arles (Trinquetaille), just cross the river from beautiful old center of Arles - nice 10 min walk. Free and safe parking in the streets around the hotel. Absolutely would like to return there asap! more

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights, including Bastille Day. Very reasonable rates, clean rooms and staff very friendly and helpful. Across the river from the old town but only a few minutes walk across the bridge (excellent viewing point for the fireworks). Parking is free on the hotel side of the Rhone too. more

This hotel on the north side of the river is an easy, safe 5minute walk from the historic centre of Arles.Plenty of free all day car parking on nearby streets. I arrived in Arles and checked out the availability at the tourism office. I walked to this Citotel Porte de Camargue thinking it was not that far but the truth is this is not centrally located ! Plus the hotel is situated in the "trinquetaille" part of the city which is not nice : no monuments no museums no boutiques... more
