We stayed here for 4 nights. It is located right across from the Palace of the Pope and is a great location for walking around the walled section of the city. The front desk staff were fabulous - we had many questions and a few problems and they handled all of them with speed and a pleasant "can do" attitude.... more

There are 2 hotels called "Hotel du Palais des Papes" one is part of the small Kyriad chain the other is just "Hotel du Palais des Papes". They are round the corner from each other, right in the centre of the city near Palais des Papes. Tripadvisor does not separate the 2 and comments appear to be about both hotels.... more
