We stayed for 10 days at this hotel in October and were pleased with our choice. We had a good sized room on the third floor overlooking the pool, the sports centre and the sea in the distance. A good hotel in easy distance of Nice and Monaco by train. The hotel was clean and receptionist friendly. Pool area was also pleasant. Not luxury but a reasonably priced hotel which is in a good location for exploring the riviera. Beaulieu itself is very quiet but with the regular trains you can find plenty to do.
