Very friendly staff at Kimi in Cannes -- however the rooms and the common areas really need a good cleaning. Tables were sticky, stains on pillows (could have been removed by washer), everything seemed dirty. We stayed at Kimi for one night in late September after spending 5 days in Nice. It is a self-catering apartment but there is also a staffed desk to help during the daytime.
