Found this fabulous hotel on Luxury Group's website and was very impressed with the location, service, quality and amenities. Centrally and ideally located with free Internet through out the hotel. Luxurygroup it seems did all the research for us so we didn't have to. more

Hotel Martinez was a beautiful, art deco, 5 star hotel. We loved the location, near the sand with private beach, on the main strip, walking distance to convention center/harbor. The amenities were top notch, and we were fortunate enough to upgrade our room through American Express. We had a view of the harbour loved seeing all the boats and yachts!! more

Stayed for a week end of August 2009. The negatives are:- charges extra for using its own swimming pool 18 euros per person per day, for its beach up to 50 euros per person per day. Its food prices are sky high, a poolside snack of a chicken bagette is 24 euros, fruit tart 12 euros, glass of house wine... more

The location, foyer, restaurant etc was fabulous but the rooms weren't great - they were styled well but the bathroom and wardrobe were old fashioned and could have done with being updated considering the rooms were €600 per night b&b and it was only for a standard room! It was a disgrace we were charged extra into the pool after... more

Rooms perfect, clean and big enough for France terms. Excellet staff in check in and check out. incovenience you have to pay for the swiming pool Along the different years I stayed in Carlon and Majestic and without doubt these is the best of them more

Excellent hotel, not cheap, but a bargain at Christmas and go if you love Cannes, not just for the weather in summer, it is still a wonderful place in the world, even at Christmas and much quieter, it was still warm enough to sit out and have a coffee at lunch time, there was even people swimming in the sea... more

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, staff was attentive, room was spacious and had a outdoor deck with a view of the sea. The promenade is lovely to walk on and has little boutique stores lined up on one end and pristine blue water on the other. all in all a fab vacation. more

My favourite thing was when I first arrived. The staff left a mint on my pillow unlike any I’d ever seen before. It was long and scraggly, like a pube. It wasn’t wrapped either, like a pube. I’m basically certain it was a pube and not a mint. Disgusting. more

Nice location but overpriced. Staff with great attitude but overall Hotel condition and decor, needing a full review. Confirm if you get breakfast included, otherwise be ready to pay 35€ per person. Great SPA. more
