Cost around 70 euro, which is probably a reasonable rate, but did not compare as was reserved online ahead of time.
Small hotel, about 8 rooms, small but quiet courtyard for hanging out. Helpful owner couple. My room was on third level, top floor, partial views. Was small but clean, modern bathroom with adequate AC.
Location in quiet part of Cannes on hill above town. Easy access right down a steep path to the center of Cannes. HOWEVER although not a far walk, if u are coming from the train station its very confusing to find this place the first time, and i have a very good sense of directlon. I would advise somehow printing a street map of Cannes before you arrive. No idea about parking if you are driving.
Breakfast is minimal costing 8 euro so you might consider walking into town, which is 5-7 minutes when going down the hill, 10-15 min going from town up hill to hotel. more
