We were planning to stay a couple of days in Cannes at the Hotel Montaigne. They made us an offer but when I went back with some questions regarding the rooms they never felt the need to answer me. Such a behaviour is really not understandable and not tolerable.

This place seemed relatively new. The rooms are very big and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and the staff is nice. There is an indoor pool and spa which I didn't have the chance to use, unfortunately.

This hotel is really good value for the area in comparisson, youll be hard pushed to find better for the money. Rooms are a good size and well equipped with really nice showers with body jets, tv with plenty of uk channels if this is your thing, fridge, tea coffee making facilities and my biggest bug bear "quiet air conditioning".... Great hotel, almost brand new. Bathroom was very luxurious and the room comfy. The location was ok, too. Not on the main strip but within 5 min walking distance. The only downside was lack of parking facilities, but we were directed to a public car park very near and it was fine and cost 21 Euro overnight, which was reasonable.
