Besides the gracious, attentive, and thoughtful hospitality of the owners, Philipe and Marie Josee, the house is not to be believed. Every morning we opened our curtains and simply stood in awe staring at a view that defies words or adequate pictures. The property is expansive and is full of fruit trees, flowers, and two swimming pools (one is hidden... more

You cannot like this place, it was simply amazing. We had the Cap Ferrat room which had views over Cap Ferrat and Eze village. The room was beautifully decorated and absolutely huge. Our host, Phillipe, made our stay very relaxing and even bought us an English paper every day! He recommended restaurants and places to visit and made sure we... more

Location, views, hosts, breakfast, pool, room, bed, bathroom, everything was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed this inn and would highly recommend it. You are overlooking the village of Eze and the Mediterranean. We spent the day relazing by the pool with a bottle of win, baguette and cheese. Definitely need a car, geat restaurant In Eze and La Tourbie. more

This B&B has an amazing view, beautiful accommodations, and wonderful hosts. Highly recommended. And it is close to Cafe de la Fontaine in La Turbie -- a fantastic restaurant we kept returning to. more

We stayed at Domaine Pins Paul for a few nights in July. After being double booked and being informed that we must stay at another place for the first night just a couple of days before arrival was initially annoying but we were able to stay at our previous B&B longer so it turned out OK. But double bookings should... more

In advance of the trip, we had read all the reviews with a certain cynicism, but they were incredibly accurate right down to the details of the rooms. It's a really wonderful setting with unrivalled views and superb accommodation. We were an awkward number - three of us and there were definite difficulties in getting suitable accommodation. But the Suite... more

Stay here and let Philippe and Marie Josée pamper you. The only thing that I did not absolutely love about this incredible B&B was that we could only stay 3 nights. I could have spent weeks lounging on their terrazzo and enjoying the beautiful view of Eze and the Mediterranean below. This place is beyond fabulous! We were traveling with... more

This was one our last stay in our trip and we only wish we had stayed longer. Philippes site was a bit hard for me to navigate since it is in French, but I was able to decipher about half and just took a chance. Boy, are we glad we did. If you are lucky enough to stay under the... more

This B&B may have the best view in France. On a clear day you can see the mountains far beyond Nice. But the most incredible sight is the perched town of Eze surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea, especially at night. Eze is floodlit, which makes the evening view especially lovely. Also visable are the lights of the coastal towns and... more

We would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful place. Apart from the location, and the wonderful room, we cannot say enough about the hospitality of Philippe and Marie. From rescuing us at the "pompiers" when we couldn't find the place (the signs had been changed at a key roundabout) and welcoming us with a much needed glass (well glasses) of... more
