As a business traveler, I like to stay at this hotel apart from the downtown trafic of Nice or Cannes. It is absolutely well situated in Juan les Pins near the beach and restaurants, and you have a very quiet environment. Beautiful from outside and absolutely terrible service and rooms. Our towels looked like they have never been washed, just ironed after the previous guest. The smell in our room was untolerable.
