Mixed feelings about this place. Well situated, lovely roof terrace and bar and friendly staff. Breakfast was good too. The rooms were very run down and not terribly clean and the hotel is quite noisy. There was a lot of road noise whilst we were trying to sleep. Uncomfortably far from the station if you are getting a train.

The French Riviera itsel its a gem.So as this modern and confortable hotel,with superbly helpful staff,clean rooms,lifts,aircon and the best roof terrace with loungers,coctails and tredmills:) 5 min from Menton satation,where you can either go West(Monaco,Nice,Cannes) or East(Ventimiglia,San Remo(Italy).3min from seaside and restaurants/shops/and McDonalds!:)

iI took a coach party here for the Nice flower parade and Menton lemon festival, the positive feedback was good The Hotel staff cannot do enough and special praise goes to Bernard the resturant manager and Dennis the man who sems to do everything. I would certainly recommend this hotel it is a real experience.

The hotel is very good. The hotel receptionists (Amandine, Christine, Dennis, Laurianne) are wonderfully kind and helpful people, as are the chambermaids and dining room staff.
