Did not expect much based on the price, and hotel lived up to expectation. Basic rooms were clean, but too long of a walk to the beach and really far from Nice city center. Only amenities nearby are a small convenience store and a couple of patisseries. On the upside- staff was friendly and antique elevator is beautiful.

Tiny, very basic rooms. Not worth the money, it is overpriced. Staff not particularly helpful. Breakfast was a joke, not worth . The hotel is not in a good area and it is quite a walk to get anywhere decent. Would not recommend.
