One accesses this hotel via an escalator from the street just beside Gare SNCF Nice Ville. Reception is bright and modern with a bar and restaurant adjacent. An Ibis is an Ibis, and one gets used to what to expect. This one, however, is a little smaller than the rest - when it comes to the rooms, and specially the bathrooms. This hotel is in a great location next to the train station. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, although a little on the small side, but that was not a big problem as we tend to be out most of the day. Stayed 1 night here. It is a standard Ibis hotel which was being refurbished at the time. Room was standard sized Ibis room. Had problems with air conditioning so room was very hot.
