No iron available at all in the entire hotel despite website stating that irons and safe available in every room. Not ideal when the hotel was being used by many delegates attending a conference. Hotel located in region where there are numerous sex shops.

3rd or 4th visit to this hotel, for me the location is perfect, close to the tramway for Nice & close to the main railway station for out of town trips. Hotel is standard 3* fare but it's clean and has a restaurant & bar. Free wifi throughout as well.

Conveniently located next to the train station & easy walking distance to the tram. the area isn't great but just use common sense & you'll be fine.
