This establishment is very run down. Windows don't close properly and paint is peeling off the walls. Furniture is tatty. The communal toilets (not all rooms are fully en-suite) are dirty and constantly running out of toilet paper. I left a very valuable necklace in my room when I checked out. When I called the staff and was frantic they said they found it and it would be at the front desk! Talk about happy. For that alone I will give Villa Eden a great review. The best room is the one with the view of the water.... more

Yuck. We stayed in September, 2004. We had two rooms, not the ones facing the ocean. The word is: get the top floor ocean-facing room, or don't go at all.
