In a good and quiet neighbourhood, close to the sea, close to the city center and touristic places. Not very far from the train station. Comfortable rooms, very spacious, although the bathroom needs renovation. A large variety of products for the breakfast, although we would have preferred less choice but with a better quality. Overall, relatively good value. more

Have to agree with all those who recommend this based on location. It is in a great area to access everywhere but not in a noisy location so a peaceful nights sleep is possible. Good location - close to the promenade and old city. Plenty of cafe's just nearby, but not too close to be noisy. On a very quiet street, close to square where bus stops for Cannes and Eze etc. Rooms were comfortable, clean, little older decor/carpet.
